Brunch!~ Roti Pintal cecah Gulai Temenung


BRUNCH! know what is it? heee...thats mean a combine meal for our breakfast and lunch daa..y? because everybody wake up late except for ummi :p so,late breakfast so,make it a heavy one,so lunch time the stomach is still full! Bijok? Ummi meme la kene bijok~ bijok create menu,a healthy and delicious menu yg pastinya...

so today i made Roti Pintal cecah wif gulai temenung noo..one of my friend in Australia (hanis,ang la ni,hihi) do ask me how is ikan temenung look like..so the answer is it look like ikan kembung cos temenung and kembung is the same fish,only 'kedahian' call them ikan temenung! Y?,i also donno daa! :p

Syukur pilih menu ni,pasal seeemua makan dgn berselera sekali termasuk la si bb raef tu..msg2 pakat lapaq kot noo..hihi..ke meme psl ummi buat sedap ngat koot?! ;)

Resepi Roti Pintal

350g tepung gandum
1sdk yis segera
4sdb gula halus ( i xbp suke manis so guna 3sdu jer td)
1/2 sdk garam
1bj telur
125ml susu cair suam
1sdb minyak masak
mnyak utk menggoreng

so, cr2nya saaangat la mudah pasai aku adun seeemua benda2 ni guna my brand new Cookworks Bread Maker! ;) masuk jer semua dlm tu,biar diadun.ckup masa angkat wak kuaq,tutup dgn kain lembap about 30minutes.then amik doh kecik2an dlm 40g setiap satu,biar semula utk kembang for another 15minutes. pd sape yg xde BM,jgn la pk xleh buat plak sbb xde bnda alah tu..still,boleh buat cm kna put more effort on part nk menguli tu la noo...

k,then bl doh dh set-mulakanla aktiviti memintal anda.as for me,i buat bentuk rossete,senang jer...tp nk pintal kat sosej pn ok,jd la sosej roll..tp dh kali ni kn nak cecah gulai,very the malays way of eating,so sosej tu mmg out lah yer.. ;)

So,acu cb try yer,buat menu minum ptg pn besh ni!yg penting-makan panash2!!! daa ;)

Hihihi..aku konon2 nak suprise kat cik abe aku, ade ikan nama temenung. Pi tanya dia..ape tu ikan temenung abg? Dgn selambe dia kata ikan kembung. Hampeh, dia dah tahu dah...tak jadi suprise aku. Hahaha..btw, roti hang naik cantik tu, gebu tak mek? Nanti nak tryla..1 more thing pesai hang tak guna air fryer goreng roti ni? ;p

Gebu la nis..aku ni jarang nk buat roti tp bl buat jadik pulak,meme beh r ;) haa,dh try nis goreng guna air fryer tp i conclude kan,kalo bnda2 yg berasaskan tepung ni,dop beh msuk airfryer,die masak tp rs dop bp come..lbh sedap msak deep fry jugak kalo roti2 ni :)
